There's a few things to know before commissioning me, including reading my commission terms. Furthermore, I only take payments through PayPal.My terms of service are stated below, so before you commission me you should have a look at it as it will set out the certain guidelines and rules I work under. Terms of Service
◇ Refusal ◇
☆ I have the right to refuse commissions
☆ I have the right to cancel and refund at any point
☆ The payment should be paid 50% before starting and the remaining 50% after we come to an approved sketch.◇ Sketches ◇
☆ After we confirm the outlines for the commission, I will begin on a sketch that I will give to you- it will have a watermark across it and will not be removed.
☆ You will have 3 opportunities to change any issues you may have with the provided sketch.◇ Changes ◇
☆ You may have 3 different opportunities to ask me to change progress pictures given to you, after that I will add an additional fee of 10% of the total price per additional change incurred.
☆ Other further changes to the piece may be subject to charges depending on circumstances; a change made after I have moved on after the sketch phase, when the piece is almost completed, etc. Furthermore, no changes may be made after the commission is complete.◇ Delivery Time ◇
☆ You will receive a sketch within 7 days of initial payment.
☆ You will receive the final piece within an additional 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the piece.
☆ If there are any delays, I will communicate this to you ASAP but understand that there may be circumstances in which the piece may take longer than anticipated.
☆ Whenever we settle on an agreed concept for the piece I will give an estimated time for the delivery of the piece, to allow me to be clear on how long it should take before you pay, in case you have a change of heart.◇ Final Piece ◇
☆ I will aim to deliver the work via email, but if this is not an option (the file is too large, etc) I will create a Google Drive folder with the artwork inside.
☆ The final piece will have my signature on it- this is non-negotiable and cannot be removed.
☆ The work will be provided in 300dpi to ensure a high quality image, and the size of the piece (in pixels/mm) will be agreed between us at the beginning.
☆ You will receive the flattened image of the work- you will not receive the work document containing the layers.◇ Usage ◇
☆ Under no circumstances are you allowed to use the commissioned work for AI training/usage in any form, reselling it onwards nor on any unagreed promotional material/products.
☆ If you do wish to commission me for product design or any promotional work, let me know beforehand at initial contact as I have different prices for promotional or product work.
☆ I won't post the commission on my socials without your knowledge nor agreement, but I do hold the right to use it in a separate portfolio of work.
☆ I won't use your commission on any product nor promotional work of my own, and the intellectual property (IP) rights of the piece remain with you (or whomever initially owns the IP if it is commissioned fan-art).
☆ You may use the work for personal usage (profile pic, printing it out for your own usage- not for resale, posting on your socials…). You may not claim it to be your own work.◇ Cancellation ◇
☆ If you wish to cancel, please do not file a charge-back over PayPal- I will refund you personally ASAP.
☆ You may cancel up for a full refund up only until the point of an approved sketch has been made, after that you only qualify for a refund of 50% of the total cost of the commission.
☆ If you are unhappy with the final product provided you cannot claim for a refund as the idea and previous plans outset have been approved. You may ask for additional changes to the product that will incur additional costs, depending on the size of the change.
